The in-house Claims Adjusting of GNIU, the All Insurance Services, Inc. dba: All Insurance Adjusters, makes it possible for insurance claims to be processed expeditiously with the following information.

  1. Auto Accident Notice of Loss form (to be completed by claimant and emailed to Claims Dept.)
  2. Typhoon/Earthquake Notice of Loss form (to be completed by claimant and emailed to Claims Dept.)
  3. List of requirements or documents needed to process Auto claim
    • Traffic Accident Report from the Guam Police Department
    • Driver's license of the operator of the vehicle at the time of accident
    • Motor Vehicle Registration
    • Repair estimate from licensed body shop
    • Medical bills, if any
    • Present the vehicle for inspection by adjuster. If vehicle is not drivable, advice the adjuster of the location of the vehicle for inspection.
    • Completed automobile Accident Report
  4. List of requirements or documents needed to process Property claim other than automobile
    • Completed automobile Accident Report (form available at GNIU offices)
    • Directions or sketch of the location of the house
