The in-house Claims Adjusting of GNIU, the All Insurance Services, Inc. dba: All Insurance Adjusters, makes it possible for insurance claims to be processed expeditiously with the following information.
- Auto Accident Notice of Loss form (to be completed by claimant and emailed to Claims Dept.)
- Typhoon/Earthquake Notice of Loss form (to be completed by claimant and emailed to Claims Dept.)
- List of requirements or documents needed to process Auto claim
- Traffic Accident Report from the Guam Police Department
- Driver’s license of the operator of the vehicle at the time of accident
- Motor Vehicle Registration
- Repair estimate from licensed body shop
- Medical bills, if any
- Present the vehicle for inspection by adjuster. If vehicle is not drivable, advice the adjuster of the location of the vehicle for inspection.
- Completed automobile Accident Report
- List of requirements or documents needed to process Property claim other than automobile
- Completed automobile Accident Report (form available at GNIU offices)
- Directions or sketch of the location of the house
